Project Details

Located in the Dulles 606 Retail Center, a retail center constructed by Hubert Construction, Minnieland chose aviation as the theme for the build-out of this child care facility.  The design features a central corridor providing access to the brightly colored classrooms, infant care rooms and the outdoor play area. Classrooms placed at the rear of the building, allowed direct access to the play area, required the installation of new doors and windows into the CMU walls.  The project scope included the installation of HVAC equipment and duct, an electrical service with power distribution and a full commercial kitchen.  Minnieland contracted directly for the installation of flooring, millwork and playground equipment and with Hubert’s management and coordination the work was integrated seamlessly into the schedule and resulted in an on time delivery.
