Under Construction-Fall 2014 Delivery

A 13,799 SF childcare facility located in Loudoun County, it is a wood frame structure with a stone and Hardie siding veneer and includes the construction of an outdoor pool.  The contract scope of work includes the site development from clearing and grading through paving and landscape.  Prior to commencing work on site Hubert spend significant man hours on pre-construction services, in particular value engineering, which included meetings with the design team,  to bring the project costs in alignment with the clients budget.  In addition, Hubert provided permit acquisition services, that expedited issuance of the building permit as well as the critical trade permits, that has allowed the on site work to progress without delays.
