Project Details

Pre-Construction Services

A multitude of issues made it difficult for the Temple to break ground on this project. Working closely with the Reverend, the Temple board and the design team, Hubert was able to resolve budget over-runs and issues that were negatively impacting the commencement of construction. Worshippers enter the two-story, 8,000 S.F. building, under a wonja screen, onto the main level which features a large circular sanctuary with wood floors, large suspended circular lights, a ‘wonsang’ emblem and an audio visual room. A multi-purpose room with stage is located on the lower level. Included in the project scope were site preparation, utilities and landscaping.
