Design/Build

A fast track design/build project of 45,800 S.F., the building is a steel structure, with a brick and pre-cast veneer. This upscale facility delivered just seven and a half months after commencement of construction. Designed to provide varied fitness options for its members, it includes large open cardio and strength training areas, a multi-purpose court, a four lane lap pool with spa, Group X, Mind Body and Spin Studios. This club has plenty of windows to bring in outside light,  allowing for great views to the west and introduces energy created from the movement of vehicles on nearby I-66. Additionally, the building includes a Kidz Klub–child care–juice bar and lounge, upscale locker rooms, offices, all with an extensive audio visual package.
