Project Details

Ridgeview is a two story 50,000S.F. class ‘A’ office condominium project.  The building is a steel structure and concrete deck, with masonry and pre-cast facade with a punched aluminum glazing system.  When delivered to the developer individual office condominium units were provided in varying states of completion from ready to for settlement and occupancy to shell condition awaiting the unit purchasers build-out.  Unlike typical class ‘A’ office buildings the HVAC system featured a combination of packaged roof top units and split systems sized to meet the requirements of the individual units.  In addition, each unit is service by an individually metered electrical service.
