Pre-Construction Services

 A full floor 15,000 SF build-out for this provider of e-payment solutions to federal, state and local governments. Hubert was brought in during the pre-construction phase because the tenant was concerned about the potential for significant cost overruns associated with the design. Providing timely accurate estimates based on progress drawings and making value engineering suggestions Hubert was brought onto the team and ultimately delivered the project in ten weeks after commencement. The finished space included custom millwork, aluminum and glass door frame assemblies, custom barn type entry door, leather upholstered benches and sprayed applied acoustical treatment of the exposed concrete decks.
