The client engaged Hubert to join the acquisition team supporting their effort to relocate an existing salon and spa to the Brambleton Town Center. Hubert identified their space requirements and developed, in house, a conceptual space plan and construction budget that confirmed their financial and square foot requirements for lease negotiations. Upon lease execution Hubert’s design consultants and subcontractors were put into motion, developing the construction/permit documents and acquiring the necessary permits allowing construction to commence less than 30 days later. The 3,200 S.F. space with areas for shampoo, cutting, coloring, drying and spa services was delivered in 45 days, with the tenant taking advantage of a significant portion of remaining free rent.
