Project Details

Carhartt, a  clothing company focused on work wear, opened it’s first Virginia retail store at Potomac Town Center, in Prince William County, after Hubert completed construction.  The 4,359 s.f. build-out from shell condition was performed for Carhartt’s fixture company, included installation of an electrical service, power distribution and a custom lighting package, ductwork along with associated HVAC equipment, restrooms, finishes and a new storefront.  Hubert was referred to the client after successfully completing the adjacent Sport & Health building for the developer Roadside Development.
