The developer of the mixed-use community, Arcola Center, has awarded the community building construction contract to Hubert Construction. The building designed by Poleo Group of Reston, Virginia, is a 4,456 SF wood framed structure, that is reminiscent of many of the rural farmhouses of Loudoun County, in that it appears to be a stone house, with a modern addition suitable for today’s uses. The building will feature a multi-purpose room, a fitness room, an office and conference room for use by the HOA along with locker rooms and spaces associated with the use and operation of the swimming pool. The 4,000 SF pool, designed and constructed by NVblu, of Chantilly, Virginia, will have lap lanes, bench seating and a tanning ledge. Delivery of the building and pool is schedule for mid-2016.
