Hubert Construction recently broke ground to commence construction of the Brickyard Station Clubhouse, in Prince Georges County. The wood frame, single story structure, will be 3,783 SF and include a Community Room, Fitness Room, Kitchen, Locker Rooms and facilities associated with the outdoor pool, which will be constructed by NVblu. The building designed by Devereaux & Associates, serves the community being developed by Ryland Homes. Delivery is anticipated for the community’s use during the upcoming summer season.
