Pre-Construction/Design Assist

Located at the Brambleton Town Center this 8,000 SF award winning space serves two functions. A Visitors Center with a contemporary coffee bar and an interactive display that allows the current and future residents to learn more about development plans and amenities for the community. The Builders Showcase makes a statement with individual kiosks that introduce the capabilities and architecture offered by each of the builders in the community. The uses are separated by a pass through lobby, serving the town center, that was finished as part of the project. The space has over 300 lights in 25’ high vaulted and floating ceilings, high end finishes including stone flooring, extensive casework with stone tops, plasma monitors, aluminum and glass store front systems and faux stone wainscot.
