Project Details

This seasonal clubhouse was a collaborative effect by Hubert, the architect and pool contractor, on behalf of the client.  The developer engaged Hubert due to our extensive clubhouse experience to lead the team through the pre-construction process, which included coordination meetings, managing of consultants along with permit review processing and acquisition.  Construction of the clubhouse commenced from a pad site provided by the developer, in January of what turned out to be an excessively cold winter.  The wood framed structure, with Hardie plank vertical siding and a standing steam metal roof was delivered in time for a Memorial Day weekend opening.  In addition to constructing the building, Hubert performed a portion of the finish site work along with coordinating the developers subcontractors and vendors to insure the on time delivery.
