Project Details

This 10,488 S.F. wood framed building with it’s facade of cultured stone and Hardie plank siding is our second facility for the end user.   The Montessori school has multiple class rooms, offices, a food prep area and a multi-purpose room. The fully sprinkled building, is conditioned by three roof mounted, gas fired, RTU’s, VAV boxes provide controls for individual rooms .  Located in Prince William County, Virginia, the project contract included site work on the fully wooded site, with site lighting, stormwater management, utilities, site concrete, paving and landscape.
